Masala chai spices in a South African honeybush herb base, with a hint of pumpkin. This blend of honeybush, cinnamon bark, cardamom, ginger root, cocoa nibs & safflower is sure to delight. Beautiful clear and bright cup, with a crisp and tangy-sweet flavor. The heat of the spices is balanced beautifully with the natural smooth, mellow quality of the honeybush. Naturally caffeine free for an anytime treat. We suggest two heaping teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Sugar, cream or soy if desired.

By now we’re all familiar with pumpkin spice, the treasured fall flavor featured in pies, baked goods, and of course, your favorite fall latte. What you might not be familiar with though, is the honeybush. Also known as the cyclopia, it grows only in the southern portions of South Africa. It is related to the more famous rooibos plant, but has a sweeter, more honey-like taste and scent, which permeates the plants all the way to its beautiful yellow flowers. For those of you who like a little extra sweetness with your pumpkin spice, look no further.

We specifically use only natural flavors. High quality tea tastes good and natural flavors do not mask the natural taste of the high grown tea. (The norm for many making flavored tea is to use overpowering artificial flavors, which can be used to hide lower quality tea). Natural flavors do not leave an aftertaste giving the tea a clean and true character. It should be noted that natural flavors tend to be somewhat 'soft ' and the flavors slightly muted, but for many this is a refreshing change and one of the desired attributes of our naturally flavored teas.
